Healthy Lifestyle Journey

Jadi begini ceritanya, tahun berganti tahun tiap medical check up saya selalu direkomendasikan dokter2 untuk rutin berolah raga. Bertahun2 pula saya mengabaikan saran dokter2, lha berat badan masih normal meski cenderung membuncit, kolesterol yaaaa masih di bawah ambang batas yaa klo diterusin bakal lewat juga sih, serta parameter yang lain masih cenderung okay. Alhamdulillah..

Namun makin kesini, kerasa tiap abis gawe, energy rasa-rasanya turun banget. Rasanya capai aja terus. Apalagi faktor umur yang udah middle thirties perlu lah ya mulai investasi waktu buat badan bugar.

Jepara Menghadapi Suksesi

Cities of Future strategic agenda

PricewaterhouseCoopers, in a study of Cities of the Future, highlight some of the trends shaping the strategic agenda for cities: trends which affect the majority of areas of civil, business and public life.

An increasingly important social trend is individualism – which has an important impact on the dialogue between a city and its citizens, who are increasingly demanding an informative and interactional and responsive service. ‘Today, we talk about the “I-generation”, which means people who are: individualistic, informal, informed,
interactive and international. Cities need to think of their citizens as consumers, and public services need to match standards of the best in the private sector.

Acceleration – Speed is increasing in many areas of life, driven by information and communication technology and the search for growth. Citizens and customers want online access to all public and private services and the ‘democratic dialogue’ increasingly demands rapid exchange of information between government and citizens. (One important exception for many people is the speed of travel in many cities: in London many journeys take as long as they did a century ago.)

Hi-tech and hi-touch – Technology is creating many new possibilities for the public sector, and has many implications for the delivery of services including administration, education, healthcare, communication, transport, etc. Yet the ‘hardware’ of technology must be accompanied by the ‘software’ of emotions, nostalgia, values, architecture and design, visions and dreams. ‘The environmentally-friendly, safe, secure and aesthetic
city is imperative for modern civic pride. Continue reading “Cities of Future strategic agenda”

Benchmark Pengeluaran Bulanan

Cerita Ngurus Akta Kelahiran dek Zafran

Tanya Kenapa ? Continue reading “Cerita Ngurus Akta Kelahiran dek Zafran”

Keuangan gak Bisa Direncanain

Nikmati alur kehidupan. So, Dalam kondisi demikian, investasi yang berlaku adalah carilah gain setinggi2nya pada risk se-rendah2nya pada waktu se-singkat2nya.

Sekian..mari jaga investasi dan tabungan anda baik-baik. Seperti tagline Blog ini
